Production Capacity of PP Woven Bag

Phuong Quan Production & Trading Co.,Ltd.’s factory is located at Long Dinh Industrial Zone in Long An province with 22.000 metre square. It has been fitted up with a modern production line include: 06 of flat yarn extrusion machines, 200 of circular weaving machines, 100 of sewing machines, 02 laminate machines , 15 of offset printing machines, 10 of HD and PE liner machines, 05 of automatic cutting and sewing machines, 01 of turn-over machine, etc. Thus, the factory’s processing enterprises eligible for export with a total capacity of 100 Million bags per year .

So that, Phuong Quan can satisfy customers with high specification and large order. Our products are packing made by up-to-standard polypropylene to contain sugar, rice, wheat, cattle’s feeding, fertilizer, chemical, agricultural product, etc. In addition, all of our products must be passed the quality checking progress stringently to ensure that products reach the customer’s specifications (extruded yarn denier, withstand, heat and moisture, sunshine).

Production Capacity of Rice

- The Rice Mill Plant systems: 01 main Rice Mill Plant located in Long An Province, 02 subsidiary Rice Mills located in Tien Giang Province and some Rice Mill partners that link to our company – rice is eligible for export – Total export capacity of 3,000 tons per day.

- Paddy drying system capacity of 300 tons per day.

- Storage Capacity: 20,000 tons of paddy and 50,000 tons of finished rice.

- Rice processing capacity of 400,000 tons per year including different products such as: Vietnamese Long Grain White Rice 5% broken, 10% broken, 15% broken, 25% broken, 35% broken and 100% broken.

- Phuong Quan also provides fragrant rice such as Thai Fragrant Rice (KDM), Jasmine Rice, and Taiwan Fragrant Rice.

- Rice is packed into some types of PP, PE, PA/PE, BOPP bag such as 1Kg, 2Kg, 5Kg, 10Kg, 20Kg, 25Kg and 50Kg depending on customers’ request.

 

Domestic & International Port Services – Warehouse For Rent

- Phuong Quan Port (Owned by Phuong Quan Co., LTD) is capable of receiving vessels less than 5,000 tons. With force and unloading of crane systems, conveyors, the trailers, we can meet cargo handling requirements of customers from bulk commodities to the kind of super-heavy, with the ability of handling, lifting lower is 500 tons/day.

- Warehouse for rent with total area of ​​20,000 square meters.

 

Rice and PP bag ordering process

1. Price offer : We quote FOB or C&F or CIF from Ho Chi Minh Port, please provide us your nearest sea port so that we can quote you for prices about transportation costs.

2. Make an order and sign contract : Discuss through phone ,fax or email.

3. Delivery time : After receiving L/C or deposit payment, the rice cargo will be processed and delivered to HOCHIMINH PORT within 5 to 8 days. The processing time will be longer with larger quantity.

4. Payment term : – By Letter of Credit at sight Irrevocable Letter of Credit shall be opened at a reputable Bank by Buyer within 5 working days after signing date of the contract in favor of the Seller. Letter of Credit to be unrestricted for negotiation at any bank in VietNam. – Deposit 30% in advanced after signing the contract within 03 working days and the balance amount will be paid after receiving the copy documents from the seller . – By D/P at sight within THE NEGOTIABLE DAYS.

5. Valid offer : within 05 days.
